Rick also provides guidance and consultation for startups that impact under-served communities since he knows that communities working together collectively is the key to success. He enjoys volunteering and engaging in his community every chance he gets.

Dr. Humble is our medical and ethics guru of the bunch.  Coming from Courtland, Ohio, Alain heard the calling of medicine and the chance to make people’s lives better through positive health outcomes at an early age.  He received his education at Kent State University, N.E.O.U.C.O.M., and went on to complete his residency at Affiliated Hospitals of Canton Ohio.  With 15 years of private practice under his belt, and an additional 7 years of inpatient practice, administrative, and educational involvement at Aultman Hospital.  He has proven to be a major resource in the community of healthcare.

Dr. Humble has a natural ability to teach.  This shows as he is an assistant clinical professor at N.E.O.M.E.D.  (formerly NEOUCOM).  He chairs several boards in the hospital setting including the Inter-Hospital Collaborative. 

He is one of the key contributors to the healthcare research and policy influences. Through these efforts, the primary goal is to achieve more equitable healthcare for all, fostering healthier communities, and enhancing the overall quality of life. In his spare time, Alain is an avid R/C plane builder and pilot. He is also an accomplished golfing enthusiast.
